Some of them, I think, have been marginalized, partly by the media, because they are “old white men in suits.” Of course, “old white men in suits” only applies when you are disparaging conservatives. “Old white men in suits” who are “progressives,” think Kerry and David Axelrod and Arlen Specter, are not marginalized, they are geniuses of rare insight.
