3. As I see it, if Obama ever dared to try to practice law in Hawaii, I think that he might have at least one problem filling out the state bar application.

4. The problem is this: The application asks the applicant if he has ever used other names in his life.

Great point john mirse - thing is, Barry filled out the same form in Illinois where it asked exactly the same question. Barry stated he used no other name. Now why isn't anyone going after him on this issue? He falsified information on a state bar application. Shouldn't this be considered a federal offense? Who is wiping up this mans mess?

No. What the Illinois bar requires is  that the names listed on the attorney register are names under which the person was licenced to practice law in Illinois.

Neither you, nor Orly Taitz, nor Phil Berg nor _________________ (fill in the blank)  have any credible evidence that Obama ever practiced in Illinois under another name, nor any credible evidence that he ever used another name anywhere else.

I'd like to see Obama discredited yesterday, or last month, or before the election, but that discrediting would depend on facts -- barefaced facts that one could bring before the media (OK, FNC would suffice) rather than a court of law, to say -- look the guy's a fraud!

You don't have that proof. Deal with it.
