It's mostly Government jobs. I'm losing my business here in VA along with
countless others. Commercial vacancy is everywhere. Nobody is spending a dime
on anything they don't need, and service companies are faltering because of it.

Unemployment may be low (gov) but nobody is spending out of fear for the future.
The largest employer right now "is" the Gov.

I don’t think that is true anymore...Walmart has surpassed the government...unless you count every single agency including state federal and local than maybe they are tied.
