Any chance we can get a Congressional report (Honduran or US, I care not)on Obama’s activities and see how man he has violated?

I believe he has violated so many they could almost be called illegal, criminal activities.

However, removal of President Zelaya from the country by the military is in direct violation of the Article 102 of the Constitution, and apparently this action is currently under investigation by the Honduran authorities.

But since he is back in the country, the problem is moot.

And if he really wants his day in court, all he has to do is step outside the embassy.

While it may be a violation of the constitution, I would suspect they gave him the option: removal from the country or jail and prosecution....

I look forward to a final report on this. The military has been blamed for this action from the start but it is disingenuous to lay it at their feet if they were merely acting on orders from the SC or the legislature.

Whatever the outcome of that investigation it would be ridiculous to say that treason in the highest office in the land should be overlooked due to one error in the implementation of Zelaya's removal from office.
