I believe that Ayers will deny the accusation. He will come out with a statement saying that he was kidding, “pulling [Anne Leary’s] leg”.

Sort of ironic that this thread appears on the same morning as a thread about a web page that asks if Glenn Beck will deny accusations that he is a rapist and murderer.

I read the Ayers article and he seems to be tweaking the author.

It was well known around the Ayers-Obama neighborhood and in the leftist academic community that Bill had written Obama’s “Dreams”. Ayers (I’ve known him for 42 years) would not take money as ‘generosity’ is the holy sacrament of the Ayers family, but Bill would expect some respect for his effort from his in-crowd.
I’ve been puzzled by his outburst in the airport and after a day’s reflection I will allow the possibility that he is piqued at the Obamas. Perhaps Michelle blew him off when he visited D.C. Perhaps he expects a further left action plan from Barack. He is a talented wordsmith but he has never been realistic.
His teleprompter won’t address it.
