The left-o-roaches can attack her with all her might but will be totally unable to change one fundamental fact about her. When she claims to be one of us normal, dirt-under-the-fingernails Americans, she is not lying. SHE ACTUALLY IS ONE OF US! Yes, factchecking would have been good.
1. Trig has Downs Syndrome, not autism.
2. The 7 million figure has been floating around as a rumor of Palin’s dollar advance on the book, not the number of copies sold. In any case, $7 million has not been confirmed.
And incidentally, I doubt it ever will be. The Palins are pretty private, and since she is not now an elected official, I don’t know if she has to disclose her IRS forms. Possibly she will, because she was governor for 7 months of 2009, not sure about that.
