What kind of training facility? None of this makes sense.
Hopefully I found all of the threads....
Sounds to me like this APF company was just created in order to try to get a contract to run that jail. So their website embellishes some... that’s not exactly unusual on the Internet.
Sounds like they’re trying to pick up some of the business left behind when Blackwater shut down.
What Really Happened When Obama Visited Montana?
*************************************
There MIGHT be a connection....but really have no idea....
That could very well be it....I am taking some of the tinfoil off....but not all of it...see just above.
Educate me on this one. I am ready to hit the sack for early work. My brain taint to solid at present.
Really it is all somewhat confusing....guess I started with this thread which is longer than the others:
This is a fairly lengthy thread from late Monday evening...(almost midnight my time):
APF(American Police Force) Show Up IN HARDIN, Montana-Comandeer Jurisdiction
Questions swirling around jail deal (American Police Force ALERT!)
post #20 has a nice summary:

Lots MORE INFO. on this PREVIOUS THREAD:

And, on that site they are referring to it as an Albanian symbol, like the Albanian KLA terrorist group that plotted to bomb Fort Dix.
Whatever is going on here it is NOT GOOD. These folks were NEVER hired to police the town and they showed up in SUVs marked as "Hardin Police Department" even though there is NO SIGNED CONTRACT, yet. They were pulling people over, and according to a shopkeeper members of this group came to his store, told him they knew about all the weapons he owned, and that he would have to bring them down to their office to be "tagged"... Also, that they are building GATES to the town itself!
I don't know what the story is, but it stinks, really badly. Someone has got to get to the bottom of this and quick because this is like something out of the TV series Jericho with this "police force"...
My idea of privatizing police forces is based on letting free market principles operate. Every five years or so, the contract for police services would be put up for bid and the citizens of the community would vote to select the contractor that would provide police services for the next five years. That process would result in much more accountability and would certainly lead to lower costs.
Right now police have very little accountability to citizens. Accountability is political. As a result, we are spending way too much on police services and quality is lower than it should be.
I've been a benefits and compensation consultant to quite a few cities regarding police and fire compensation. The total compensation package provided to police and fire employees in large cities is much, much greater than private industry would provide, and that's because no one is looking out for the tax payers -- i.e., a lack of accountability. A free market, privatized approach to almost all governmental services (including police) would introduce the concept of a bottom line and real accountability.
My best friend is a lieutenant on the police force of a large Chicago suburb that like most such cities is having financial difficulty. However, my friend's total compensation package is outrageous in comparison to what he would be paid in private industry, and there is very little his city can do about it. Put police services up for bid every five years and the market would take care of the problems.
What evidence of “scrubbing” do you refer to?

The server for APFs website happens to host Defense Product Solutions website. This company registered its domain name way back on June 19, 2009. Note that both APF and DPS use the double-headed eagle for their corporate logos. AlliedDefenseSystems.com (registered March 2007) appears to be a related site. This websites administrative contact is Mohammad Abdalla. Mr. Abdalla is listed as the COO for this company in Anaheim, CA.
Heres where it gets more strange. The admin e-mail is for a Mr. Edward Angelino, who just happens to be listed as a small business contact for Defense Logistics Services, Inc., a company that appears to be providing foreign military sales support for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Mr. Angelino has an interesting tracking record when it comes to both lawsuits and government contracts.
This site [above] has a lot more information.

at #21 was discovered by intrepid researcher FReeper Fred Nerks, and forwarded to me via FReep Mail. I sat on it for 6 hours 2 days ago, thinking that she would post it , but the time difference between here and there meant that she was doing sack time. Things began to heat up on the story, so I decided to post what Fred had sent me. SO I posted it on the original FR thread, and sent the story to Mark Levin.
It rocketed from there and many other sources. however I can say that FR was on this like frosting on cake, after the CBS story came out.
Good JOB FRED, and good job FR. We may have just unwittingly saved Montanans a lot of devilish heart burn.
Or we may have thwarted an Obama GITMO transfer.Who knows.
Its so hard to tell with things like this but one thing for sure, The AFP is disappearing from the web as fast as someone ( Obots?) can scrub and clean. Will they disappear from Hilton? We will have to see.
Was APF waiting for ACORN money?
Hoorah Fred. I can’t claim any credit for what she herself did.
It was/is a company that apparently thinks they can hire themselves on as the police department for small towns.
I was under the impression however that in all states, cops have to be certified and go to the state police academy for that area?
P-MAG?
You’re too kind...I passed it along because I knew you would know what to do with the info...and yes, I needed to get some shut-eye.
Montana AG launches probe of town's jail deal

Montana's attorney general has launched an investigation into a California company's plan to take over the city of Hardin's $27 million jail, following revelations that the company's lead figure is a convicted felon with a history of fraud.
Michael Hilton, who formed Santa Ana, Calif.-based American Police Force in March, came to Hardin last month promising to fill the city's never-used jail and build an adjacent military and law enforcement training center.
Hilton has a decades-long track record of fraudulent activities and spent several years in a California prison on grand theft charges. The native of Montenegro uses at least 17 aliases.
Attorney General Steve Bullock said Thursday he is asking Hardin officials for all documents related to their dealings with Hilton and American Police Force.
