Could you possibly be referring to the letter between John Jay and George Washington dated July 25, 1787? If so, then can you point out where Jay defines natural-born citizen?

If you are, in fact, referring to a letter or letters between Jay and Madison where the definition of natural-born citizen was discussed then could you please give the dates and/or links?
