I used to go to LGF for the same reason as you...but I have noticed recently that almost all of the postings come from a handful of bloggers who link to their own blogs. I like most of those blogs and just link to them directly.

I no longer to to LGF. I am completely fed up with Mr. Johnson's vilifying fellow conservatives. My concern is that he is also closely affiliated with Pajamas Media. I need to spend a little more time at that site, because it also used to be pretty good.

I disagree with a lot of conservatives; thinking for yourself is part of being conservative. No two thinking people are going to think the same, so we have a lot more differing viewpoints. It only works for people who sincerely believe in the First Amendment, who are interested in learning now just spewing and have the capacity for respecting people with whom you do not always agree...you know, grownups.

Charles has gone out of his way over the last month or so to really denigrate conservatives. Like today he found photos of what could be questionable posters at the 9/12 event and tried to paint everyone with the same bush. Don’t get him started on evolution, Palin, etc.
