I wonder if anyone has emailed Glen Beck or Rush with this article?
Does it actually make a difference, though, if they produce the correct version when someone inquires? Suppose they just say, “oops, just a boo-boo, here’s the version with the constitutional requirement in it.”
Filing with the 50 states a notarized version is tantamount to telling a lie before a judge in a court after being sworn in. Coming back to apologize and ‘resubmit’ is not even ont he same page as telling the lie to start with.
Somebody please get this out to Rush and Beck.
As a matter of covering our bases, however, I’d like to see the paperwork submitted in convention’s of the past. Perhaps this is a standard operating procedure? Let’s not make a storm in a teacup until we know how big is the teacup.
The "Natural Born Citizen" issue is pretty simple. TO be eligible to run for, and serve in the Office of POTUS, requires that one be born of two (2) US citizens. That is, both parents must be citizens either by birth or naturalization at the time of their child's birth. It is about damn time for the SCOTUS to somehow rule on this, because next, "Anchor Babies," the offspring of illegal aliens, will be claiming "Natural Born Citizenship."
Birth Certificates, police records, kindergarten files, college transcripts, medical records and everything else that might show BHO, Jr. to be an actual human from this planet rather than some sort of communist doppelganger, would certainly be welcome. But the evidence that BHO, Jr. is NOT a "Natural Born Citizen" of the US is plainly evident without this background information, as vital as it is as corroboration. Team Obama's lawyers are happy to concentrate on this part of the record because the pre-trial battles to keep the records out of discovery, or to challenge standing of the plaintiffs, obfuscate the main event. I.E., it is painfully plain that their client is constitutionally ineligible.
The only national talker who does talk about eligibility is GGL, and he gets it wrong almost every damn time, usually focusing on Kenya, rather than "Natural Born Citizen." Joseph Farah of WND is front and center with it, but his DEBKA Files writing style costs him credibility, even when his facts are always on the money!
BTW, no, NO MSM coverage for the eligibility trial creeping forward in California. None. And none for the legislative movement in several states to require Presidential Candidates to prove their eligibility before gaining a place on the state ballot, or receive the state's electoral votes.
If someone like Orrin Hatch would devote 30 seconds to this, instead of confirming raving communist nutjobs like Susstein to high office, the country would be a lot better off.
