Ah, Democrat hypocrisy. Dost thou know no bounds? We are reminded this morning by Glenn Thrush at Politico:
In 2004, Democrats delivered a “Chorus Of Boos” during Bush’s Bush’s State Of The Union when he called for renewal of the Patriot Act., according to the Washington Times.
In 2005, Dems howled, hissed and shouted “No!” when Bush pushed for Social Security reform in the SOU: “Foreshadowing the contentiousness of the coming debate, Democrats broke decorum and booed twice,” according to the National Journal. At the time, CNN’s Bill Schneider remarked, “It was unusual. I had never heard it at least at that level before. The Democrats clearly were booing, heckling, saying no when the president talked about the crisis in Social Security.”
So, one single Republican out of the crowd yells out something, apologizes immediately, but gets pounded by Democrats and the media. Whole groups of Democrats boo and hiss President Bush and it’s not even criticized, but virtually tacitly applauded by the media and Democrat electorate at large. I certainly don’t remember any criticism of the Democrats’ uncivil behavior, do you?
And how much do you want to bet that those so outraged by Rep. Wilson’s exclamation were applauding when an Iraqi reporter flung a shoe at George W. Bush. (I know at least one, a friend on Facebook.)

Easy: When the entire Democratic delegation does it, it’s OK. When a lone Republican does it, it’s not OK.

How is it that it’s ok for Obama to call Palin, Rupublicans, Townhall attendees and anyone who disagrees with him LIARS and get away with it? His vitriol last night brought that comment on. There shoudda been more.

FRiends, the ballot box has failed us. The cartridge box is becoming our last remaining option.
But wait....the manufactured rage eminating from Joy Behar and Whoopi on the View this fine AM seemed to indicate that these events never happened...because ‘theres no time’ they ‘could ever remember’ such treatment of Bush had ever taken place.
