Then I think obama thugs would find away to get to the judge. I truly believe this. Either destroy the judge with some past history or meet the same end as the guy who was mixed up in Obama’s passport.

“the same end as the guy who was mixed up in Obamas passport.”
I have never figured out how to cauterize a passport. Apparently, that guy did and paid for it with his life.

I don't know that he hasn't.
If this Judge doesn't dismiss this on Oct 5th, it'll be for a good reason.
I'm sure.

This is not the time to back up his BC other than what was in his declaration, if it goes to trial that is where that will happen or defense could depose him during their “discovery”.

“That’s why it’s an “Overseas Contingency Operation”, and why it’s no longer a “War on Terror”...”
Correct. There hasn’t been a declared war since WWII.

That’s more of the “las Vegas’ argument, but if I remember correctly it’s what goes on in the office, stays in the office. He can’t claim Executive Privilege on his eligibility, as it is a qualification to hold the office.
If he fights it, we know he’s a usurper.

He could very well refuse, claiming executive privilege.
Putting the horse before the cart, let him prove that he is entitled to an 'executive privilege'.

Obama can refuse all he wants, the subpoenas go to the holders of the documents, Hawaii Vital Records, Occidental College etc not to Obama.

If a person is found to commit perjury, it can hold up to 5 years prison time.
Thats just the facts. I don’t think Smith is guilty of anything yet.

“Justice delayed is justice denied. January seems like a long way off.”
Not neceesarily. Health reform will be deader than a doornail by then, at which point there may be bipartisan sentiment to get rid of this clown. For all we know, Nancy Pelosi may end up filing an amicus curiae brief in support of Orly’s suit!
