About Joe Biden, has anyone else heard this? I was told he had had brain surgery and they had to remove a sizeable chunk of his grey matter - not just a tumor but a part of his brain.
Some say his inability to avoid blurting out some of his statements stems from this.
I have asked someone to look into this to find a confirmation or a valid denial. Fair is fair and though Biden is a bit looney and has the honorary title of ayatollah from the iranian Mullahs, he does not hate America the way Obambi does.
Since the Oba-Hussein persona was never eligible to hold the presidency, line of succession would not follow normal Constitutional chain of command.
A brand new election would have to be held with perhaps Biden presiding as a caretaker in the meantime.
After street riots calm down a bit.

It does not sound right about me. I have not heard any such thing about Joe Biden...any links?
I do think there would be a new election, and with the new legislation passed for vetting presidents, eligibility would be throughly checked this time.
Sorry to come in late on this, but if you still want information on this here is an article from 1988 when it happened. Biden had a brain aneurysm, a condition where a blood vessel in the brain balloons out and the weakened wall ruptures.
There a few things that could cause damage - the blood creates "mass effect" pushing on the brain in the closed space of the skull, and causes severe damage or death, or the hemorrhage can cause other blood vessels in the brain to spasm, decreasing oxygen to portions of the brain. Finally, there can be problems during the surgery which damage portions of the brain. As far as I can tell from the various articles (both from 2008 and the 1988 ones) the surgeon was able to put a vascular clip on the aneurysm and the brain wasn't damaged.
It looks like his foot in mouth syndrome way predated his surgery.
