Not technically. Sure he wouldn't have been on the ballot if Obama hadn't picked him as assassination insurance, but under the Constitution, the votes for President and Vice President are separate.
I could live with President Biden for 3 years. Of course if it could be shown he knew of the fraud, as it seems Governor Richardson of New Mexico did, then that would be a different, but still separate story.

Point...Did you vote separately for Joe Biden? Nobody I know did. If so, people could have Voted for Obama and Palin, many did not like the combinations.
If it proves out that we were hornswaggled, I do not want him in there either.
