The affidavit that goes with it says it was obtained Feb. 19, 2009. It has the same date on the stamp in the upper left, but the last digit of the year is pretty hard to read.
Not technically. Sure he wouldn't have been on the ballot if Obama hadn't picked him as assassination insurance, but under the Constitution, the votes for President and Vice President are separate.
I could live with President Biden for 3 years. Of course if it could be shown he knew of the fraud, as it seems Governor Richardson of New Mexico did, then that would be a different, but still separate story.

What seems most likely to me is that the birth announcement was triggered by the filing of a non-hospital, or even non Hawaiian birth Certificate. That would put the data into the state birth records database. That data is what would be reflected on any Certification of Live Birth, whether the data was accurate or not.
However, there is still the matter of the file number shown on his CoLB, when compared to that show on the Certificates of Live Birth of the Nordyke twins, born in the same hospital most seem to think BHO was, but about 19 hours later. Their Certificates show they were filed with the state Aug 11, while the online COLB for BHO says it was filed with the state Aug 8. Yet his has a *higher* file/sequence number. Aug 4, BHO's birth date was a Friday (but he was born after 7PM) in '61, the 5th was Saturday, the 8th was Tuesday and the 11th the following Friday.

I don't know whether this woman has a case or not, but I have no problem with her tackling the issue, as long as she is doing it with her own (or on donated) funds.

I hope Orly has an experienced attorney helping her and reading over her filings. Some of he stuff is sloppy. The Judge Carter case could save the Republic from destruction or if it fails - we may be screwed.

It does not matter about the uni - all she needed to do was pass the CA bar. Unless she figured out a way to cheat then she is damn smart because the CA bar and the NY bar are the hardest in the USA and CA may be the toughest.
On the flip side - she is sloppy. She needs an experienced attorney reviewing her filings and helping her. Why is it not happening? Most likely because she is Russian or Chechen or whatever in the region. They are stubborn know-it-all who are very smart but sometimes too arrogant and “smart” for their own good.

Ebay regularly removes items up for auction that are suspect in one way or another; no surprise there. Sometimes all it takes to have an auction removed is a complaint from an eBay member.
Also BTW, Omidyar has hidden/scrubbed his father's full name and origins and his actual job prior to emigrating to France, where Omidyar was born.
It seems his father was sent to France by his family for an education, so his job before emigrating would have been "student". Further, Omidyar was born in 1967 while Iran was under the rule of the Shah and an ally of the US.
