Thanks for the ping. I think the Sup. Ct. has already decided it’s better not to open Pandora’s box, for fear of civil disturbance, exacerbating racial tension, or whatever. They’ve put themselves in the position of protecting 0bama “for the greater good.” Ironic. What follows is on them.
