I would call it a Freudian slip.

That Harry Reid, always the card!
He’s got his own comedy show in Vegas, you know.

The part I find most offensive is not that he wanted the paper to go out of business, but that he took his angst out on a lowly ad salesman who stood in line to shake his hand at a town hall. This guy wasn’t a reporter or op-ed writer. He was just a guy with a job.
Reid is scum.

Reid isn’t half as funny as he thinks he is...

Tsk, tsk. The stock rat phrase these days is, “The Senator was taken out of context.”

A company going out of business IS serious, very serious. Serious for the owners, serious for the employees, serious for their families, serious for the community.
It isn’t a joking matter for anyone but Harry Reid.

Wasn't our smart Sarah the one who said "never pick a fight with someone who has barrels of ink?"
Reid is a fool.

Was he serious about using his power to censor Rush Limbaugh?
He got quite a few Senators to sign his letter to Rush's "employer."
Harry Reid is a little man in a big job who does like to try to throw his weight around. He has a history of it.

Reid was just joking when he tried to get Rush fired too.

Sarah said it too. She was asked by Carl Cameron (I think) why she didn't respond to a lot of the personal attacks and she stated that she knew it was futile to pick a fight with poeple who have barrels of ink.
Sarah has a degree in journalism.

That little pip squeak of a man who has been a part of the Las Vegas mafia is about to have his reign end. Hopefully Sarah Palin as President will put his sorry a$$ in jail a long time for being a crook...maybe a few of his kids as well.
Can you imagine who she would appoint as the Attorney General?

It was probably Mark Twain, but I’ve actually seen it attributed, obviously by the Buttboy Brigade, to none other than Bill Clinton.

Why not? Don’t forget Reid was behind the letter sent to Rush’s syndicators, trying to threaten them with the possible loss of radio station licenses.
Reid is a cowardly thug, nothing more than a schoolyard bully with way too much power.
