You sure it’s NOT a sunrise?

No question about it.

I’ve seen too many sunsets over the western South Carolina horizon. Lovely though they are, especially with evening cloud formations which I have often photographed and my wife and I witnessed, it’s still a sunset over distant hills.

A Carolina sunrise artistically depicted will include the breaking of the rising sun. The light flowing from the sunrise over the eastern horizon, glinting off the coastal ocean, is unmistakeable.

If it's meant to be, the moon's pointing the wrong way for South Carolina.
