It will get worse, both before and after 2010. One of Obummer's "heroes" once said:
You know, comrades, that I think in regard to this: I consider it completely unimportant who ... will vote, or how; but what is extraordinarily important is this — who will count the votes, and how."
(The ... represents "in the party", the only sort of votes that Ioseb Besarionis dze Jughashvili ( aka Joeseph Stalin) ever had to worry about, and then only early on in his reign.
Wonder who will be counting the votes, and registering the "voters" in 2010? Maybe the same folks who'll be doing the census that year?
