That's very interesting. Obamascare may have a second life, but it depends on him giving up up something: his vacation! You KNOW that either Bill or Hillary, were they President at this moment, would be winging their way to the White House this very instant to make an announcement (at oh-dark-thirty!) to tell the nation that IT IS ON in the war to save healthscare!
