Basically "jeebus" is a code word for lefties permitting them to mock self-annointed religious frothing biters / ultraconservatives of the social or financial right who advocate selfishness and cruelty (via nutty religious errors) without actually deriding Jesus or Christianity itself which they don't have a problem with. Put alternatively, a person who follows the New Testament loves Jesus; a person who can't wait to take away sick benefits from a dying lesbian because God Hates Fags loves Jeebus. Get the diff?

the modern interpritation of government lawyers is that ALL is legal until a judge says otherwise.
For example, police were using high tech infrared cameras to look inside people’s houses. No warrents. The USSC said that the police were not allowed to do that. Just because tech allows them to intrude easier does not eliminate the need for a warrent to search inside a house.
Here the cars.com system, even if it is for dealers only, is performing warrentless searches and is trying to have people waive fundamental rights in order to gain access. It is a portent of the future. eg. if you want a government contract, student loan, FHA loan, or any other government program (such as if you want voluntarily participate in the mandatory government healthcare program). The government attorneys are trying to force constitutional law waivers.
