Just more insanity shown by this President and the liberal establishment.

It is time to take back our country!

Sunstein is a 55-year-old lawyer who has never worked – not one day in his life – outside the government or the academy. He is currently the Felix Frankfurter professor of law at Harvard Law School.

Harvard prof. I just knew that was coming. What's with all these Ivy League friends of his?

On the plus side, Sunstein advocates something called "soft" paternalism, where the government encourages "desirable" behavior without removing your ability to choose otherwise. One example would be to set a higher default 401(k) contribution; anyone is free to decrease it, but many people won't bother.

I can't say I'm a huge fan of this, but it's much better than the "hard" alternative, where "undesirable" options are simply banned.

Screw this a$$hole. Show me in the Constitution where the government has the right to do this. We need to demand that the 10th ammendment be followed.

>> Nudge: Improving Decisions About Health, Wealth, and Happiness.

The book should be called “Noodge” - to annoy with persistent complaining, asking, urging, etc.; to nag. (from the Russian “nudnyi”, or Yiddish “nudyen”, to be tedious, bore.)

STFU and move to Cuba, you socialist asshat.
