I have just removed myself from Free Republic-where I roosted (with increasing discomfort) for 9 years.
I did so with an open letter to site owner Jim Robinson-which I notice has vanished into hyper-space. I told Jim I was “zotting” and “banning” him,because I did not wish to be associated with anyone calling for revolution, or trying to create a new “Reichstag” incident.
As I recall, sedition is no longer a crime : probably just as well !
I would strongly urge anyone who is interested in the continuance of our government and our constitution to check out FR on a regular basis.
