one could argue he was making introductions, but look at the annoyed look on his face and the way he just lets his arm drop after the first 2....the next 2 looks like he gave up and went the into route...
also look at his face for the first 2, he’s clearly looking at the other guys hand, and he’s leaning in toward the guy - definite handshake attemps....he clearly gives up, the last 2 he neither leans in or looks at the guys hand...
