The point here is that FR, thanks to Jim Robinson and those who supported him early on with cash, was created to give voice to those without a voice. It seems silly to post here and castigate folks for expressing that voice. No?
Ignorance and demonizing the opposition aren’t pretty, no matter which side of the aisle it is coming from.
One of the pratfalls of freedom. Such is life.
Yep......... Katherine Lopez blogged about it every day.
Otherwise we will have to assume that you're walking your comments back. And that does not show the courage of your convictions.
Finally, and I hope for the last time, the assumption that experience is the hallmark of a successful presidential candidate is bizarre following the 2008 election. I have no idea why many on the Right keeps making that point because it's so obviously false.
I can understand why people want experience, but to tell us that it's a requirement to win - following Obama's victory - is simply stupid.
Dear LL:
Are you referring to me as ignorant? What have I said that exposes my ignorance?
My dispute with Rich Lowry is not personal and I'm not "demonizing" him. I'm disputing his judgment. If we can't have these kinds of disputes about the direction of our side of the political spectrum, I would suggest that the first ones to shut up are the folks at NRO, who have a full time job discussing disputes within and without the Right.
Thanks for your contribution.
While the article was about Sarah, the comment you made about the article was about Obama. That was what I commented on.
Of course, since the Moderators removed your comment, I guess I wasn’t the only one who thought it didn’t make sense.
