Yes, Jindal was born in the US.

So I guess he would qualify. Glad I checked. I stand/sit corrected.

Jindal would be perfect as Chief of Staff but the info on his status was helpful. If we had Palin THEN Jindal in the Cabinet, we would accomplish a lot of things.

Neither of his parents are US citizens, so he would not qualify.

Nor could he be Vice President.

Amendment 12 says VP must have same qualificatrions as president. .
