I am not sure I understand your point. Barack Obama certainly believes his Hawaiian COLB qualifies him to be a U.S. citizen, and so far we have anything to dispute that claim. Do we?

This is why I would really like to see that erroneously marked seal on his COLB. That would be dispositive.
