I have heard about the wrong year seal issue before, as well, but I have not actually seen the seal in such detail on the Factcheck photo that would allow that type of close inspection. Do you have any further info on this issue? If we can pin this down, I think the case can be made that it was a forgery.

Our freeper, Ron Polarik, has examined the imagery and increased the size and analysized the factcheck forgery. I’ll see if I can find the weblink to his extensive and definitive handling of the forgery. BBL
