Per the common law

Allegations that an unmarried person is unchaste;”

Of course, Letterman is only joking.
However, if anyone asks whether his Idol Obama is even qualified under the Constitution (to destroy our country brick-by-brick) why—that’s pure “hate speech”.

(And we even have some here saying, “`Leave Obama alone!’ From the GOP “roll over and spread `em let’sjustbepatient,regainpower&letuspissitawayagain” school, no doubt, forgetting that turds like Letterman fought their Idol Dubya tooth-and-nail, no holds barred everyday for 8 years.)
