Except that the Israeli Jews have been losing the “battle of the bedroom” for quite some time now; so the entire premise of the satirical article is a false premise.
Amazing how many people...
a) didn’t know that the reproductive representation was 180 degrees backwards.
b) didn’t recognize satire when it jumped up and bit them in the a$$.
It's supposed to be satire...mostly it's just stupid drivel.
She will however, as an Israeli female, have about 2.7 kids in her lifetime.
A Palestinian female of the same age would have about 4.0 children.
Contrary to most demographic predictions regarding the population statistics of Israel, a revolution of sorts is underway in the Jewish Israeli birthrate. According to a Health Ministry report, the Jewish Israeli birthrate is on the rise, while the Arab Israeli birthrate remains unchanged.
In Israel of 2003, 144,625 babies were born, representing an increase of 3.4% over 2002. A breakdown of the statistics reveals that the Jewish population saw an increase of 4.8% and the Arab population saw no change.
In addition, the Health Ministry reported, there was a notable decline in infant mortality in 2003. During the year, 718 newborns died, representing 4.96 deaths per every thousand live births. In 2002, the statistic was 5.5 per every thousand. Infant mortality among Arabs is double that among Jews. The most common cause of infant mortality for all populations is premature birth.

To be blunt, the arabs are horridly interbred and have tremendous birth defect rate. The result is, even with a high birth rate, the overall population increase is not there.
But the population growth rates I last saw showed about 3% for Israeli Jews and 5% population growth for Palestinians.
Those go by birthrate and don’t count actual survival.
Arab children die at amazing rates during the first 1-2 years.
On a related note, it’s actually the retarded or severely deformed that the arabs send for suicide missions. Many have no idea what is going on. (Not a factor in the population issue, but so disturbing. We would look for deformed/retarded teen boys at checkpoints specifically because they were used in this fashion.)
