The contract will settle (expire) at 0 ($0.00) if Dr Yoshiaki Arata's Cold Fusion experiment is NOT replicated in a peer-reviewed scientific journal on/before 31 Dec 2008.

I don’t know how you are seeing the old contract that expired in 2008; every time I go to Intrade I see the 2009 contract.
