Even if one does not want to acknowledge America’s religious heritage and insists on some absolute separation of religion from state -
It is absolutely absurd to say America can be viewed as a “Muslim country”.
In addition to Obama’s anti-Western agenda, it really shows that his words are meaningless.
What he needs to do is educate himself more effectively on America.
He has to lay the ground work if he is going to have any chance of getting America Islamic. His ego is going to be his downfall. It takes him everywhere in the wrong direction.
Sure. Once you get past the foundation of Judeo-Christian principles, that whole freedom of religion thing, the 3/4 of religious adults identifying themselves as Christian, and that notion of separation of Church and State. Why sure, then we're a Muslim Country ... what a dumb-a**.
To Hell with Islam, and to Hell with those who support it. Why do I need to better educate myself with the religion of those who torture, maim, and behead their perceived enemies? You need to better educate yourself, Obama.
With refugees coming in from Iraq and the gates opening up to the bomb making rock tossing Palestinin people to the tune of 200k plus, O may be right.
We should be celebrating muslim month by law in a year or so.
How many weeks ago was it that Obama said America is not a Christian nation? And today he says we’re a Muslim nation. His allegiance is clear.
Uh...no. How about, just for kicks and grins... Someone else educates themselves on us for a change? Maybe have them change to accommodate us? Maybe even tolerate us and celebrate our diversity?
Do you think obama, and all the other apologists realize that always bending over backwards to be sensitive to others is really insulting to them? It is in-effect saying to them they are not intelligent enough and/or sufficiently enlightened and world-wise to deal with us. That we sophisticates must make allowances for these poor devils. The whole attitude really is incredibly condescending. I believe if you really hold someone in equal regard then you can reasonably expect them to be just as willing and able to compromise with and accommodate you as you are with them.
Educate ourselves on Islam, ha. Everything I ever needed to know about Islam I learned on 9/11/01. When I watched plain old Muslims, men, women, and children, not radicals, cheering in the streets over the cowardly attacks on our innocent civilians I got educated on Islam all right. I learned to hate, fear, and mistrust them. There is nothing, nothing the Islamic community can do that will change that impression in my lifetime. They have written-off an entire generation's good will just as the Japanese did in 1941. To the day they died my Father and Uncles never trusted nor liked the Japanese, and to a lesser extent the Germans. Too many of their friends and kin went off to war and did not come back. Islam, by letting the radical elements define it, has put itself in the same position.

As long as the Muslim population remains around 1% of any given country they will be regarded as a peace-loving minority and not as a threat to anyone. In fact, they may be featured in articles and films, stereotyped for their colorful uniqueness.
At 2% and 3% they begin to proselytize from other ethnic minorities and disaffected groups with major recruiting from the jails and among street gangs [Europe, Australia, USA and Japan]. Six percent of US prison inmates are Muslim. Like any other minority, they won’t integrate, but work to build their own separate community.
From 5% on they exercise an inordinate influence in proportion to their percentage of the population. South Africa's Muslim population is 2%, but they control 35% of the businesses, a large percentage of the banks and have five Cabinet seats while Christians (77% of the population) have none.
They will push for the introduction of halaal (clean by Islamic standards) food, thereby securing food preparation jobs for Muslims. They will increase pressure on supermarket chains to feature it on their shelves (along with threats for failure to comply).
At this point, they will work to get the ruling government to allow them to rule themselves under Sharia; Islamic Law. The ultimate goal of Islam is not to convert the world, but to establish Sharia law over the entire world.
When Muslims reach 10% of the population, they will increase lawlessness as a means of complaint about their conditions. (Ei: car-burnings in France last October.) Any non-Muslim action that offends Islam will result in uprisings and threats.
After reaching 20% expect hair-trigger rioting, jihad militia formations, sporadic killings and church and synagogue burning (India, Mindanao, Philippines).
At 40% you will find widespread massacres, chronic terror attacks and ongoing militia warfare [Indonesia].
From 60% you may expect unfettered persecution of non-believers and other religions, sporadic ethnic cleansing (genocide), use of Sharia Law as a weapon and Jizya (infidel tax). (Sudan, Kosovo, Lebanon and Egypt).
After 80% expect State run ethnic cleansing and genocide [Western Papua (New Guinea), Iran, Biafra, Turkey and North Nigeria].
100% will usher in the peace of "Dar-es-Salaam" - House of Peace - as in Saudi Arabia, Libya and Yemen.
