I believe Utah and Texas are looking into making similar provisions regarding second amendment liberties which are as follows: if the ammunition and firearms are manufactured in the state and do not leave the state borders they cannot be regulated by Federal law.

That's too funny about your friends' pet. One nice thing about having these critters as pets is that they really low maintenance.

The main thing that makes me believe what you saw flying in the light were Palmetto Bugs is... water bugs can't fly. In fact, they can't even ambulate well on land. In the water though, they're hell on wheels -- on you biting away faster than a horsefly.

"The state will go and further will arrest any Federal agents in Montana who try to enforce Federal gun law "

My bet is that when the moment comes the state will bow to the feds.

Oh, you are so mistaken. Next time you're playing with one, unfold it's wings. They weren't flying into the lights so much as they were flying into the lit area and plopping on the pavement.

Interesting, thanks for the info. I'll have to check that out next time I see one, if I can catch the little bugger. Great! Now I have to watch for them even when I'm not in the water...
