The current bottleneck for ammo is currently the primers. You cannot get primers at the moment. Dillon Precision is completely out of primers (although they still have some GREAT calendars in stock, which I recommend).

From another thread, primers are made by the ammo manufacturers, and they are using all they make for their own ammo, so there's none left over for sale. Primers will be in short supply long after the ammo shortage eases up, due to pent-up demand from reloaders.

Once things ease up (if they ease up), reloaders will (and should) buy and stockpile primers. You can cast your own bullets from scrap lead. You can re-use brass. If it comes down to it, you can make your own gunpowder. But if you don't have primers, you're out of luck.
