Chill, people. Haven’t you heard of Google Maps? Your house’s GPS coordinates have been known for years. This, like most Federal busywork, is duplicative and wasteful and pointless, that’s all.

Your house’s GPS coordinates have been known for years.

Google marks the wrong house for mine. Errors are not unusual.

Google developed that database from whatever data they could get their hands on, not actually walking a GPS onto your front porch. This new data will be pervasively more accurate.

Google will not positively identify one’s house. It will give the where abouts, but not the exact house. When I pull my home up, it shows my whole street, it is up to you to know WHICH house it is.
