Those links show that George Bush started this GPS thing back in 2006. It was very clever of Obama to get this program started even before he decided to run for president.

I am sure Obama's people will find a way to abuse many powers which were assumed by the Bush Administration.
I have always thought the people whould look at any Government power as if it were to be diabolically abused, and write in safeguards from there or just not grant it.
We moved to the “sticks” in the Ozarks of Missouri from Texas in 2006. We had to get our address from the 911 office and our address was determined by GPS. Seems like we are already in the system from that. I thought that it was just part of the 911 program.
Someone was here from the Census Dept. a few weeks ago. She was carrying the GPS locator. I didn’t talk with her, my son was in my yard and spoke with her. I will have to ask him what she wanted. I didn’t even think anything about it at the time.
