OK, it's a bit premature but, hey, a guy can dream after reading such good news, can't he?
Incumbent Senator Arlen Specter trails former Congressman Pat Toomey by 21 points in an early look at Pennsylvanias 2010 Republican Primary. Fifty-one percent (51%) of Republican voters statewide say theyd vote for Toomey while just 30% would support Specter.
Twenty-one points is a big lead even if you're doing public school math.

latest rumor on the street has all of the major unions pushing their members to change to GOP registration for that cycle and pull an Operation Chaos. Then when they pull him through by the skin of his teeth they will all switch back to Dimocrat while holding his feet to the fire on Card Check.

I’m not sure it matters. They way things have been going I don’t see a Republican be it left, middle or right getting elected to dog catcher in pa, nj, ny, ct, ri, ma, me, vt, nh, oh, de, dc, va, md, etc. Anytime soon. The marxists are giving too many goodies away to get the sheeple to move away from the teat.
