I told my husband last night for everytime they throw the term “homofobe” in our face, we should counter with the fact that they are “Christfobic”.
It’s probably immature to do this but oh well.
Hey, don’t get me wrong. I’m not condoning the gay lifestyle or gays in general, although I have a number of gay friends. It’s just that I don’t care about the sexual orientation of people picked to judge a beauty pageant. I think a person’s sexual orientation has little if anything to do with one’s ability to perform most jobs. My argument here is that people are insinuating that because a person doesn’t find the opposite sex sexually attractive, they are by default unqualified to judge a beauty pageant. So following that logic, women who are straight shouldn’t be judges either. Sexual attraction has no bearing on a person’s ability to judge a beauty pageant. An appreciation and understanding of how pageants work, what the criteria are for a winner, and a credentialed background working in and for pageants would make one qualified. I have no idea if this gay guy is qualified or not under those parameters. But dismissing someone just because their gay is illogical. That bugs me.
They shouldn't be. Like it or not, straight men should be the sole arbiters for what constitutes beauty in a woman. Period. I mean come on, if a pageant doesn't feature women that are attractive to males, nobody is going to watch it.
Of course now Trump wants to turn this into yet another "American Idol" like piece of crap.
I honestly thought most men thought pageants were boring pretty much after the swimsuit competition was over. It has been my observation that viewers of pageants are usually women and gay men.
He called her a c***. Where does he get off calling a woman a name like that. Double standards of hate for the “victims.” I am not at all surprised and it is going to get worse as gays gain special rights over heterosexual men and women.
This is Megan McCain’s soul mate. These are the idiots she is trying to please and is getting positive attention from. She lives her life and calls her career pleasing nuts like this.
For the record I think she's lovely, and the only thing that makes being 61 years old bearable is that shs would have been too classy for me anyway.
