Then he gets the benefit of the doubt in this matter. If you can get someone in the press to ask him if the military had to wait for his permission, it would be nice to know.

Someone did ask him, its on the pentagon news conference video.

But are you serious? It is a court marshal offense to say anything abainst BO? Has it always been that way or is this something new? I think I had always thought it would not be a good thing to bad mouth the commander in chief, but....I guess I never gave it much thought. Enlighten me please:)
