I'd say so. They were the unsung toilers in the background who built Hollywood in its Heyday. No, take that back. They were very much sung!

Milton Drake contributed to nearly fifty movies, including Lil Abner, and My Little Chickadee.

Al Hoffman was a songwriter, including "Papa loves Mambo" and "Allegheny Moon".

Jerry Livingston did "The Twelfth of Never" and "Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo", among many others.
