I thought that I read somewhere that Specter is officially changing to the Independent Party. Is this true?
Not true, at least today. PA won’t allow him to run as an Independent in the election if he runs as Republican in the primary and loses. So he’ll have to make the best of it being the worm that he is. Arlen will do whatever is best for Arlen.
