Well, since you can’t use the old casings and sell them to local LEO agencies, it will increase their cost of operation, thus increasing your taxes. I don’t expect it to last for many reasons, but that’s one of the foremost.

How will this stupidly effect law enforcement ? Not at all for the most part. They buy new ammo, with taxpayer money, some of it likely sent their way by the "Porkulus Bill".
