You don’t get the Obama Admn. They deal in obfuscation. That said, “services related injuries” sounds pretty clear to me.

But is the for active-duty or veterans?

If it’s veterans, then is Tri-Care set to go away? If it’s active duty, then are they going to be required to buy private insurance? If so, are base hospitals now going to start charging for use?

The article doesn’t even give a clear answer as to WHO will even be affected. I think it *might* be veterans, but that only a guess.

So if I apply the EEIs:

Who: unknown, maybe veterans
What: pay for service-related injuries
When: unknown
Where: where ever there are people with service-related injuries
Why: because of possible new legistation
How: unknown

See what I mean?

If this is Obama’s push to try and eliminate the Tricare-for-Life program, then I know what my views are about that (unfit for public viewing). But this article doesn’t say that, so maybe this is something new? If it is, I’d like to be able to get enough information to research what it might be.
