Gingrich Responds to 2012 Questions; Discusses Differences with Rush Limbaugh - Video 3/10/09

Here is video from last night where Greta Van Susteren asked former House Speaker Newt Gingrich if he was planning to run for President in 2012. Newt danced around the question, but clearly is leaving the door wide open to run.

Greta also asked Newt about his "battle" with Rush Limbaugh. Newt responded there is not battle, and said he agrees with Rush Limbaugh except for the statement Rush made that he wants Obama "to fail." Newt then launched into a tortured explanation of how he, as an army brat, wants the individual policies of Obama to fail but does not want Obama to fail. He talked as if he wants to convince Obama to adopt conservative policies so that the country will succeed. Well, Newt and everyone else knows Obama is not going to adopt conservative policies. He is pushing a radical socialist agenda, and for his policies to fail is for him to fail as a President. Newt is playing word games and he knows it. He is just uncomfortable with Rush using such direct language, and Newt does not want to rankle the media. But just as John McCain found out, the media will savage Newt every chance they get no matter how much he tries to make nice. . . . . (Watch Video)

Rush exposed Noot as a populist on his show several months ago. He will most likely never recover from it. He got busted!
