My email to Steele:

"I was just wondering if Mr. Steele actually listened to Rush's speech yesterday. I did and found it be be funny, warm, and inspirational. I did not hear any ugly or hateful comments in the entire speech, and his poking fun at Joe Biden was long overdue.

I am from Maryland and have been a big supporter of Mr. Steele from his run as LT Gov to his senate run. I started having doubts when he supported Wayne Gilchrist over Harris in the congressional primary. Now I am done, done, done!

I am through with the national Republican party. I will only support individuals who actually care about fiscal responsibility and the hope of conservatism.

You will never succeed in turning on those who have been the biggest supporters of conservative principles.

I am truly disappointed. I had such high hopes."

Steele has turned out to be another pubby with no cajones.

Didn’t Rush defend Steele and attack Schumer when they stole his SS# and credit info. He got the word out and backed up Steele.

Ouch! That is going to leave a mark. I hope you are not really leaving the party though. We need to force the rinos out...not leave ourselves!

The spelling is “cojones” not “cajones.”

Cajones is a word but means something entirely different.

My best regards.

My email to Mr. Steele

Mr. Steele;

Your comment about the speech made by Rush @ CPAC as “incendiary & ugly” on Mr. Hughley’s show was the last straw for me. I will leave the Republican Party after 37 years

.

After John McCain as our nominee and his PC, BS I believed that someone of your conservative consideration, was the correct way to go in a leader of the RNC.

Getting the party back to the principles that keep me in the party so long, I believed that you could pull this off, however from what I have seen from you so far you are just another “can’t we just get along RINO in the leadership of the RNC” I have no desire to get along with the Democratic party’s plan to socialize this nation.

I, like Rush and many other conservatives are ready and willing to standup for our belief in how this country should be represented in Congress and in the White House. If I believed in the platform that the DNC follows I would be a democrat.

I find it impossible to standby and watch what is happening to the USA without at least trying to do something to stop the stampede to turn this great country into the next Great Britain or Canada, do you really think that an American Socialist Program will work either?

Knowing that my leaving the Republican Party doesn’t really mean anything in the grand scope of all things political it does bring a small tidbit of satisfaction to me just to express my opinion while it is still possible to do so.

After 37 years as a loyal Republican I say goodbye and good luck to all the PC, RINO, and get along people at the party, and have hopes that a change will some how come to the party so that I may return and have someone other than Rush to get my opinion out to the people of this country.

Thank you for at least providing me with the opportunity to express my views.
