Thanks. I’ve been thinking a lot about the right and best way to respond personally to loss of my freedoms. It’s a hard pill to swallow, but appears we all may have to... not without a fight. I will fight them with everything I have, but in the end if I lose the fight in the flesh, with God I still win and get to enjoy the ultimate freedom for eternity!!!

Amen to that!

Funny, but, last week, I was praying, and had kind of the same ""vibe" you did. That, no matter what the government does, it's our personal choice to be free.( You expressed it so well in your post 20.)

Personally, I think this fight can be won, (and possibly, won easily)- if the right people understand that the "battlefield" is the main stream media. We need to engage the people around us, and ( to quote a friend of mine) "Shake 'em up. Make 'em think".

We also need to have "Liberty Lessons"- some kind of basic explanations of what our freedoms are. What the Constitution is, and what it means for the average citizen. (It's not like they teach this in the public schools anymore.) And why we are opposed to most of the policies of the current administration, along with what our side's solutions are.

One thing we sorely need, is a leader. Someone who has the passion, charisma, and public speaking ability, to go out front and take the fight to the left.

Most of all we need to pray for our nation. Again, thanks for your post.
