After his inauguration Carter's life and presidency would become a living nightmare. Agents of the shadow government, that is the puppet master of our visible government, carried out daily sabotage of the Carter Administration. Among these operations was: implanting a tiny receiver and microphone in Carter's head to fabricate the “voice of God” convincing the president to pardon the draft-dodgers, give away the Panama Canal, withdraw support from the embattled Shah of Iran, and announce to an indignant crowd of dignitaries in Mexico City that the hotel's drinking water had given him “Montezuma’s Revenge;” surreptitiously drugging members of the president's immediate family to affect public personae of eccentricity and even dementia. The president's brother Billy—obviously under the influence of the powerful mind potion—said in a TV interview that, “Jimmy's main problem is that he thinks Washington DC is the real world;” infiltrating agents into the national news media to plant embarrassing stories about Carter including one incident of a fight between the president and a rabbit on a Georgia canoe trip.
