I thought it was one conference on Jan 9, and one on Jan 16? Either way, I’m reminded that Berg v Obama has been forwarded for conference TWICE, which means that out of 5 concurrent cases before the SCOTUS, there have been 4 forwards for conference. According to congressman Billybob, our resident FR constitutional scholar, the chances of one case getting forwarded are 99.5% against, or 1/200. So the chances of any 3 cases getting forwarded is (1/200)^3, or 1/8Million. So with a 4th forwarding now in play, it looks like we are in truly rare stratosphere of (1/200)^4 or 1/160Million.
.... and there is a case in the Washington State Supreme Court, Broe vs. Reed, challenging the Obama non-citizenship issue!
1/8Million * 1/200 = 1/1.6Billion. What’s an order of magnitude between friends?
