If EMBRYONIC stem cell research was actually producing any successful results, organizations would be lining up to fund it privately and selling shares of stock, the way they are for ADULT stem cell research, which IS producing results. ESCR is a scam to keep scientists who have bet their careers on it from looking like the losers they are, and incidentally having to get real jobs. My sib the medical researcher has no problem getting funding, but of course, that research is WORKING.
