AROUND THE NATION; Trial Opens for Judge Indicted in Illinois CHICAGO, May 29 (AP) - A jury was empaneled today in the trial of the first of four judges indicted in a three-and-half-year Federal investigation of the Cook County court system.

Judge John M. Murphy, accused of accepting $3,000 in bribes to fix cases, has been charged with mail fraud, extortion and conspiracy to participate in racketeering activities in a scheme involving lawyers, a police officer and an unidentified judge
Judge Murphy, 68 years old, pleaded not guilty at his arraignment. He was suspended with pay last December by the circuit’s chief judge, Harry Comerford, when the first round of Greylord indictments was announced.
Additional charges were filed against Judge Murphy in a second set of indictments in March.
Seventeen people, including four former or incumbent judges, have been indicted in the investigation.

Larry Sinclair recently provided information about the murder of Donald Young, the gay choir master at TUCC, and produced the death certificate. Donald Young’s death certificate was obtained legally. Sinclair stated that Jeremiah Wright announced Donald Young’s death before the knowledge became public. It is believed by many that Wright had knowledge of Donald Young’s death and that he may have been involved it it. This obviously is of great concern to the Obama camp because they are aggresively trying to shut down larry Sinclair’s blog and they are threatening me as well.
We as a nation need to rise to the call of demanding an independent prosecutor and investigator be appointed outside the control and authority of the Chicago Police and City of Chicago to investigate this murder as it should have been investigated for the last year.

Young was a forty seven year old choir director and deacon at Trinity United Church of Christ, on 400 W. 95th St, the very church made famous by the candidacy of Barrack Obama. Donald Young was also openly gay. He was also a personal friend of Barrack Obama’s. A roommate found Donald Young unresponsive in his home at 7:30 AM on December 23, 2007. He had been shot multiple times. Christmas presents and jewelry were missing from his home. Interim Police Superintendent Dana Starks said that so far, there is no evidence linking the two crimes. NBC Video.That hasn’t stopped any one from speculating however. Even though the two incidents were reported seperately, they have both become fodder for the Anti-Barrack Obama crowd online.
